• Full refunds are issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• Partial refunds may be offered for non-defective returns, based on the condition of the item and reason for return.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Amazing Zone 365 is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

• If you received a defective or damaged item and need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
